- The subjects of study shall be on both theory and practical and is in accordance with the syllabus and curriculam prescribed by the Directorate of Technical Education, Tamil Nadu.
- Eligibility for Diploma: A candidate is eligible for the Diploma if only he/she undergone the prescribed course of study for a period not less than 3 academic years and has passed all the prescribed theory & Practical subjects including project works.
- Board Examinations: Examinations are conducted in semester pattern, during the month of October and April in every year.
